Dubai Investments Park (DIP) disclosed that it was planning to construct an industry park in Ethiopia in collaboration with the Industrial Parks Development Corporation of Ethiopia.

The industrial park that DIP envisages to build in Ethiopia will cover 1000 hectares of land and include manufacturing facilities, residential apartments, and administrative buildings.

Dubai Investments Park is a self-contained mixed-use industrial, commercial, and residential development which is spread across an area of 2300 hectares. It is operated by Dubai Investments Park Development Company LLC.
