The Ministry of Mines has announced that the third MINTEX Mining and Technology Expo will be held in Addis Ababa at the Millennium Hall from November 23-26, 2024. The four-day event will bring together international companies and stakeholders in the mining and technology sectors.

The expo aims to showcase Ethiopia's rich mining potential and foster investment in the industry by connecting mining investors and technology providers. It will also serve as a platform for Ethiopian investors in the mining sector to promote their products to the global market.

According to the Ministry of Mines, all necessary preparations have been completed to ensure the success of the event. Ethiopia, known for its abundant mineral resources, including gold and precious stones, views this expo as a key opportunity to boost its economy by attracting more foreign investment into the sector.

The MINTEX Expo is expected to play a significant role in advancing Ethiopia’s mining industry and opening doors to international partnerships and business opportunities.
