Ashewa Technology Solutions and Africom Technology signed a memorandum of understanding last week at the ICT Park in Addis Ababa to partner in various areas. The companies aim at establishing the largest digital economy in Ethiopia and expanding their eCommerce service nationally and internationally.

Ashewa and Africom agreed to develop technologies and conduct research together by mobilizing resources. Ashewa Technology Splutions was established in October last year and it currently has a capital of Birr 180 million. Africom has been in the market for more than 15 years.
