Russia's AFROCOM Delegates Visit Ethiopia's Industrial Parks, Discuss Cooperation Opportunities

afrocom-ipdcDelegates of Russia's Coordinating Committee for Economic Cooperation with African Countries (AFROCOM) have visited Ethiopia's Bole Lemi and Kilinto Industrial Parks, and discussed ways of strengthening the ties between the two friendly nations in the construction and running of industrial parks.

Sandokan Debebe, CEO of Ethiopia's Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) and his deputy Shiferaw Solomon have briefed the delegates on the activities of Ethiopia's industrial parks.

Morzova Olga, Vice President of AFROCOM, speaking on behalf of the delegates, extended her thanks to the warm welcome, and said they will work together with IPDC on various areas of cooperation.

AFROCOM's stated aim is to promote and protect Russian trade and economic interests in the African markets. The members are the Russian companies interested in operating in various African countries and foreign companies seeking to enter the Russian market.
