The Ethiopian Embassy in Juba announced a major forum aimed at strengthening economic ties between Ethiopia and South Sudan. The Ethiopia-South Sudan Business and Investment Promotion Forum will be held in Juba from May 13th to 16th.

This initiative comes after a meeting between Ethiopian Ambassador Nebil Mahdi and South Sudan's Minister of Investment, Dhieu Mathok Diing Wol. The meeting focused on fostering stronger business and investment partnerships between the two nations.

The forum will serve as a platform for businesses and government officials from both countries to connect, explore opportunities, and forge new partnerships. This is expected to contribute to the overall economic development of both Ethiopia and South Sudan.
