Buna Kurs Media has announced the inaugural Coffee Origin Festival (COFE), set to take place in Addis Ababa from October 1 to 3, 2024, at the Skylight Hotel. The festival, hosted by OTW 2024, will celebrate Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage and International Coffee Day on October 1.

COFE aims to highlight Ethiopia’s legacy as the birthplace of coffee and its role in the global coffee industry. The event will feature interactive attractions, including performances, exhibitions, exclusive coffee roasts, and discussions on sustainability and innovation in coffee production.

According to Buna Kurs Media, its collaboration with major organisations such as the International Coffee Organisation has garnered international recognition. COFE is open to all, including local communities, farmers, industry professionals, and coffee enthusiasts.
