Temer Real Estate's journey began in 2011, rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit of two seasoned real estate professionals, Mohammed and Sofiyan.

Their paths crossed due to their shared involvement in a niche market of real estate development, where both independently spearheaded projects involving the acquisition of land leases from the government.

Before forming their own company, they jointly contributed to the construction of several notable sites, including Saleh G+9 and 2MA G+10 in Lebu, Mohammed Seid G+7 in Lafto, G+5 in Atena Tera, Luxury Duel G+10 in 4 Kilo, and 2 Center G+11 and 2MA G+16 in Ayat, showcasing their expertise in creating comprehensive living solutions.

What set Mohammed and Sofiyan apart was their unwavering commitment to quality and their vision to do more than just build houses.

They envisioned creating communities where every aspect of living was considered and catered for, a vision that quickly became their trademark.

Their synergy was evident, and together, they embarked on a series of successful projects. Within a span of four years, they remarkably completed seven significant community-based developments, a testament to their efficiency and dedication.

Transition to FILTEMA Trading PLC:

As their collaboration grew stronger and more fruitful, Mohammed and Sofiyan decided to consolidate their efforts under a unified banner, leading to the birth of Temer real estate and Temer construction.

This transition marked a significant milestone, signaling the emergence of a new force in the real estate sector.

Temer stood out for its holistic approach to property development, which went beyond mere construction.

Initially, Temer relied on external construction companies to actualize their projects.

However, it soon became apparent that outsourcing this crucial element often led to compromises in quality and delays in delivery.

Driven by a desire for excellence and control over their projects, Mohammed and Sofiyan made the strategic decision to form their own construction team.

This move was a game-changer, enabling Temer to uphold its high standards in both quality and timeliness.

After establishing their construction division, Temer embarked on building their own real estate projects, including Filtema G+10 (Location: around Lomiyad), Sunday Club G+16 (Location: Sarbet), G+13 (Location: Ayat 49), Luxury Apartment G+8 (Location: around Sarbet Suddan Club), and several more, demonstrating their capacity for leading large-scale developments.

Their portfolio continues to expand, with soon-to-be-launched projects in locations like Lise Dibaba, around the Silk Road, and Tulu Dimtu, among others.
