Oil Product

Sunflower oil is the non-volatile oil pressed from the seeds of the sunflower (Helianthus annuus) and is commonly used in food as a frying oil and in cosmetic formulations as an emollient.
primarily composed of linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fat, and oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat. Through selective breeding and manufacturing processes, oils of differing proportions of fatty acids are produced. The expressed oil has a neutral taste profile. The oil contains a large amount of vitamin E.

Sugar

Sugar is the generic name for sweet-tasting, soluble carbohydrates, many of which are used in food. Simple sugars, also called monosaccharides, include glucose, fructose, and galactose. Compound sugars, also called disaccharides or double sugars, are molecules made of two bonded monosaccharides; common examples are sucrose (glucose + fructose), lactose (glucose + galactose), and maltose (two molecules of glucose). White sugar is a refined form of sucrose. In the body, compound sugars are hydrolyzed into simple sugars.
