• Skim coat Plaster (Gray Putty)

 Gray putty is a pre-mix, fine sand cement mortar for internal and external use. It can be used as a thin coat finishing plaster or for localized repair work onto Portland cement-based backgrounds such as concrete or rendered surfaces.

Applied as the final coat for protection, Harmony finishing paint (varnish) is an acrylic-based clear coat that provides a strong seal and protection for the visible final topcoat paint.

Harmony Polymer Emulsion Coat is a ready-to-use liquid-based surfactant stabilized, fine particle-sized, high-quality alkali-resistant Cross-linked Acrylic Co-polymer Emulsion. It gives a smooth, malt finish with excellent wash ability and good hiding properly; it also offers exceptional light and weather resistance. It contains additives to inhibit the growth of fungi and bacteria. It provides a decorative smooth finish over exterior & interior backgrounds such as concrete, plaster, decorative plaster, masonry, brickwork, gypsum, asbestos, and wood.

Shelf Life:-  Shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacturing if stored in original sealed containers in dry conditions. Shelf life may be reduced if stored at high temperatures.

Application Surface:-

• • • • The surface should be, clean, dry, and free from oil or grease.

Application

Material has to be thoroughly stirred prior to the application. Using a brush or roller. Lay the material onto the surface to achieve the required film thickness per coat. Avoid brushing out. The surface should be uniformly coated and free from voids, blisters, or pin holes. Before recoating, the previous coat must have been adequately cured. All dirt, dust, or contaminants should be removed before applying the subsequent coat.

Film thickness can be checked with a wet film gauge.

• Interior mica paint

Harmony mica paint is water-based washable latex paint that gives protection and beauty that will last for several years. Excellent for high-traffic areas such as stairways and corridors that are prone to get dirty quickly.

Harmony mica paint will always look good as new once washed serving as a very economical solution for the maintenance of your building. Available in glossy or matte finishes.

Mesh

Mesh is used to prevent cracks in walls and plaster. In order to attach plaster masking mesh to the wall, you need to apply putty composition and wait for it to freeze. Then place it on top of the mesh fabric, using a trowel to push the mesh. Wait until the putty is dry before applying the external plaster layer.

GLUE / COLLA

Harmony glue is designed for general household and woodworking projects. It provides a virtually invisible glue line and bonds stronger than wood. A strong tack and fast speed of set help reduce clamp time.

Application Methods

This hide glue begins to dry in 25 minutes, and it fully cures in 24 hours. we found that this wood glue is best reserved for antique projects, as it does create as strong a joint as the PVA glues, despite having a similar dry time.

Filler

Filler is a dry pre-mix that allows you to bond, build & repair the most porous and non-porous surfaces, waterproof cement-based tile joint filler for internal and external use, is available in a variety of colors; it can be applied on wet or damp surfaces, and as well as adhere underwater.

Application Method:

Background: The tile joints must be clean, and free of dust deposits and other contaminations that may affect the adhesion. The section in the background should be neutralized by applying portable water.

There should be no free water in the joints to be grouted as this could lead to be-bonding.

Technical Data

Composition: White Portland cement, Special adhesives, non-fading pigments, and chemical-improving agents including powder polymers.

Binder: White portable cement.

Appearance: Powder is available in different colors.

Working Time: Approx. Time 30 minutes

Mixing: Filler supplied in 25kg bags must be mixed with potable water only, in a clear, non-corrosive, uncontaminated receptacle To ensure a homogeneous and uniform mix, an electric agitator must be used.

Storage instructions: must be stored in a dry place, off the ground, and well covered. Hard and lumpy material must be rejected.

Harmony powder adhesive

Harmony powder adhesive is a mixture of cementation materials with polymer additives and adhesive boosters and mineral fillers and is consumed only with the addition of water.

This powder is produced on the basis of special cement and minerals, for the installation on the floor and walls inside and outside the building, such as tile and ceramic glass, tile, ceramic and stone on smooth surfaces, brick, tile, mosaic, cement, and stone.

Method to use powder adhesive

The bucket or container in which the powder and water are mixed should be proportional to the speed of the work and the volume of mixing.

For each 25 kg bag of powder adhesive need to add 7 liters of water. You can mix the adhesive with water with an electric mixer (drill + blade).

Always the powder adhesive added to the water slowly and the mixing process continues until a uniform paste is obtained.

The prepared adhesive paste was put in for 5 minutes. Repeatedly repeat the mixing procedure for a short time, then push the glue onto the surface with a trowel and press the tile over it. For better adhesion, move the tile
gently in place.

Medium Texture Paint

Harmony Textured Paint is formulated to give external vertical surfaces long life Protection and beauty. This product has been formulated with materials that resist mold and fungus growth, it also contains a powder resin which makes the product flexible and longer lasting.

The product resists dirt pick-up and can be cleaned manually with pressurized water.

Thinning: For ease of application add some clean water to any of the finishes

Application Methods:

It is strongly recommended that one coat of primer be applied with a brush on all surfaces. The color of the prime coat should be close to the color of the final product.

All of the textured coatings should be applied with a trowel. Does it rain, or if rain is forecasted within 5 hours from the time you start application.

Spreading Rate :

1mm textured finish: 1m2 will need about 3.5kg Color Range: Can be tinted to any color as per the client's desire.

Waterproof

Waterproofing is used in reference to building structures (such as basements, decks, or wet areas), watercraft, canvas, clothing (raincoats or waders), electronic devices, and paper packaging (such as cartons for liquids). Its components are:-Cements, Silica Sand, Glue Powder, HEC/ Taylose, and Marble powder.
