Detail Tender Information

The integrated utility billing (IUB) project is an initiative by the Ethiopian ICT Development Agency to convenience and benefit of the citizens it focuses on enhancing the quality of services available to the citizen through re-defining the way citizens pay their utility bills. The key utilities identified for this project are the Addis Ababa waterewater & sewerage Authority (AAWSA), Ethiopia Electric power company (EEPCO) and Ethiopia Telecommunications Corporation (ETC). These agencies are currently having independent processes and applications to support service delivery.
